Since most people are always carrying their smartphone, the smartphone will literally be able to count every step you take each day. If you experience having a lot of time due to corona, it may be good for you to set a goal for how many steps you want to take each day. By doing this you ensure that you are actively thinking about being active every single day. And there are a lot of advantages by taking a walk every single day. It can also be very refreshing if you are at home all day everyday to get out of the house for a bit and experience a different scenery.

You may not know this but most clothing stores actually also have an app that you can shop on. So if you also have developed an online shopping addiction during lockdown, now is the time to check whether your favourite stores have an app also. With the app you can shop all day everywhere. There are also a lot of second hand platforms such as depop that also has an app. And we all know that it is much better for the environment to shop second hand pieces. However, there are also other advantages with shopping second hand pieces, because sometimes you can get a really good deal on something that may still be in store, or somethin you have been looking at for a long time, but has been too expensive to justify buying. Another great feature of the second hand apps, is that you can upload things yourself. So if you, due to your online shopping addiction, have a bit too much clothes and it is starting to spill out of your wardrobe. Maybe it is time to do a wardrobe clearout and upload some things to these apps. By doing this not only are you helping the environment by giving your clothes a second life, but you can earn some money, so you can buy some new things.
