Unloading Process: The bulk cement trailer either uses its own engine or borrows power from a primary machine to operate the air compressor, driven by the power take-off driveshaft or pulley. This compressor then builds up pressure inside the cement trailer through a sealed pipeline.
Once the pressure hits 0.2Mpa in the trailer, the unloading butterfly valve opens. This allows the powdered material to flow out and be directly transported to its destination via the unloading system’s pipes.
